I like the idea of not being able to see InSmile, and it's easy. I also like them being in there permanently, and not having to take anything in and out. InSmile has been an easy treatment for my life, because no one likes going to the orthodontist. The appoints are not very frequent and when you do go, they're very quick and easy.
I haven't really had to change anything. I still eat the food I want, and I don't really have any limitations about what I can do. What surprised me about InSmile was when I first started braces, I heard a couple of horror stories about how annoying and painful they were. But with InSmile, I'm quite surprised at how forgettable they are. Sometimes I forget I Have them in and others don't know because they can't see it at all.
I'd definitely choose to wear InSmile again over normal braces. One, people don't notice. Two, I actually became better at taking care of my teeth. Three, lots of compliments, even during the process.
I went with InSmile because it’s like my little secret. Nobody knows unless I tell them. When I had traditional braces, I was a little depressed because they were always cutting up my lip and cheeks. I would recommend InSmile to anybody who wants treatment.
