Dental Professional Information. If you are a dental professional, such as an orthodontist, we ask for a variety of information if you request information about our Services or register to use our Services, including your name, email address, practice address, phone number, and information regarding your orthodontic practice.

Potential Patient Information. If you would like to request information about local providers of our orthodontic devices, we may collect your name, email address, state, and zip code.Patient Information. If you are a dental professional, such as an orthodontist, and you use our Services to provide your patients with an orthodontic device, we will collect information you provide us about your patients. This information may include patient names, medical information, such as x-rays, photographs, measurements and scans.

Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you. For example, when you contact us for customer service, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, practice information, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide.

To understand and analyze how you use our Services and develop new products, services, features, and functionality;

Analytics Partners. We use analytics services such as Google Analytics to collect and process certain analytics data. These services may also collect information about your use of other websites, apps, and online resources. Lorelli intends only persons who are 18 years or older to use this website. We do not knowingly collect information about people under the age of 18. That being said, without additional information, we are unable to determine the age of website visitors. We encourage parents and guardians of children under 18 to regularly check and monitor their children’s use of email and other activities online. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 13 years of age, and no part of our Services are directed to children. International Visitors

Our Services are hosted in the United States and intended for visitors located within the United States. Right to Opt-Out and How to Submit a Request to Opt-Out: The CCPA gives consumers the right to opt-out of (1) the sale of their personal information, (2) the sharing of their personal information for cross-context behavior advertising, or (3) for use in automated decision making. We do not sell or share (for cross-context or targeted behavioral advertising) your personal information.

Authorized Agents: Before we can respond to a Request to Know, Request to Delete, or Request to Correct submitted by an authorized agent, we need to verify not only that person or entity’s authority to act on your behalf but also verify the identity of the authorized agent.
